Hello, I’m Kayleigh, an accredited psychotherapist working with children, young people and adults.

I have over 15 years’ experience working in education, including many years supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs. I specialise in working with ADHD, Autism, SEND and provide neurodiversity-affirming therapy that recognises and values individual differences.

I support clients with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, low mood/depression, self harm, suicidal thoughts, substance abuse, problems with anger, issues around food/eating, OCD, relationship challenges, trauma and grief.

Ali Brown

MNCPS (Acc.) FdA, \Dip.Couns, NLP Master Practitioner, Hypnotherapy Practitioner

I have run my own private practice for around six years as a trained and qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer a warm, supportive space where clients can take their time to explore what they are experiencing, in a way that feels right for them.

Before retraining, I worked in social care and government and health policy, which gave me an understanding of how wider systems can influence wellbeing and mental health. I now work with people facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD, long-term and lifelong health conditions, cancer, relationship difficulties and work-related stress.

Hilary Dancing

Hands-on therapeutic body–mind support

I have been working in the therapeutic and coaching field since 2014. My work brings together body-based awareness, coaching and energy-informed practice to support the release of tension and a return to greater balance.

Rather than focusing on a single symptom, I work with the whole person, supporting the body and nervous system to find greater alignment and calm. People often seek support for stress, anxiety, burnout, persistent fatigue, low mood, recurring injuries, ongoing physical conditions, tension, or a sense of being out of balance, including challenges like sensory overload. Sessions are gentle, restorative, and guided by what your system is ready for.

Qualifications include:

Touch for Health Kinesiology – Proficiency
Energetic Cellular Healing – Certified
Professional Coaching Certification
MA (Oxon)
Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists

Owen Shiels

MBACP (Reg.)

Hi, I’m Owen, a BACP-registered psychotherapeutic counsellor.

I work with adults who feel stuck in the way they relate to themselves and others, and who want to understand the patterns that keep them feeling small, conflicted or unable to fully be themselves.

My work is about helping you make sense of the patterns you find yourself caught in, rather than treating them as things to simply fix or push through. We’ll look at why those patterns may have made sense, how they show up now, and what they cost you. Over time, the work we do together can help you feel less ruled by old expectations, more able to trust your own judgement, be clearer about your boundaries, and freer to be yourself in your relationships and choices.

Qualifications and memberships:

  • Level 6 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling (Adults)
  • BACP Registered Member
  • Safeguarding vulnerable adults (Level 1)
  • Certificate in Online and Telephone counselling
